Mansfield Masters Swimming is a welcoming and inclusive group for adults aged 18 years and over who enjoy swimming for fitness, skill development, competition, or simply the social connection that comes from being part of a supportive squad. Our members come from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities — from swimmers returning to the pool after many years, to those looking to improve technique and fitness, through to experienced swimmers who enjoy racing in pool and open water events. There is no single pathway in Masters swimming. Some members train purely for fitness and enjoyment, while others take part in competitions across Victoria and beyond. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you.
What We Offer Mansfield Masters aims to provide:
Structured squad training sessions
Coaching support to improve technique and fitness
A friendly and supportive training environment

Above all, our goal is to create a positive and encouraging environment where adults can enjoy swimming and stay active.
Training Location Training takes place at the Mansfield Swimming Pool, using the outdoor 33-metre pool. Vorgee Million Metres Program Masters swimmers can also take part in the Vorgee Million Metres Program, a long-running Masters Swimming Australia initiative that encourages members to track the total distance they swim over time. Originally introduced in the late 1970s, the program recognises swimmers as they reach milestones of one million metres and beyond. Participants receive certificates, awards and recognition as they progress through each milestone. Many Masters swimmers enjoy the program as a fun way to set goals, track progress and stay motivated. Learn more: mastersswimming.org.au/programs/million-metres-program/
